Tiffany Chin

Tiffany’s mother is a realtor and Tiffany learned that being an agent isn’t simply about facilitating home search and purchase: it’s an opportunity to provide emotional, logistic, and financial stability throughout clients’ journeys. Long before Tiffany knew real estate would be her profession, she understood that trust and care were foundational to any meaningful career path.

Tiffany left her home in Fremont, CA to pursue her degree in psychology at UCLA and fell in love with LA’s fast pace, diverse character, and vibrant food scene. After her sisters joined her here a few years later, she knew LA would be her forever home.

Tiffany got her Real Estate Salesperson’s license in 2007 and her Real Estate Broker’s license four years later. Life hasn’t slowed down since – but she always remembers to stop and appreciate the honor of being part of her clients’ stories. 

Tiffany is especially passionate about real estate as a vehicle to empower women: from mentoring her woman-owned and operated team to helping female clients build and protect their wealth.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her: in the water (pool, beach, hot tub – anything goes) or enjoying a much-needed Friends or Schitt’s Creek marathon.

Her guilty pleasure: watching TV while eating French fries.

Rachel Bigio

Buyer Specialist

Born, raised, and educated in the Midwest, Rachel graduated from Michigan State University and moved to Chicago where she began her career in television production. Three freezing winters later, she, and her dog Duke, were ready for a change – and sunshine – so they packed up and moved to CA.

Rachel spent 8 years in production, including the HGTV hit House Hunters… enter her obsession with homes. Rachel realized that production wasn’t for her, but she loved being part of the real estate journey and saw firsthand the need for empathy and education as people navigate it. Rachel’s curiosity fueled action, and she left the small screen to earn her real estate license.

During her time at The Tiffany Chin Group, Rachel has helped client’s navigate 150+ sales and purchases… and looks forward to continuing to build strong relationships as she works to deliver empathetic consultation throughout their journeys.

Rachel is honored to work for a woman-owned business and continuously seeks new ways to empower her female clients.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her: playing with her 4 dogs, hunting for goods at the flea market, reading, or buying plants.

Her guilty pleasure: watching The Real Housewives of NYC.

Cameron Blake

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Raised by a dedicated realtor and property manager, Cameron was destined to appreciate the multifaceted world of real estate. Growing up, she witnessed firsthand the impact her mother had on clients’ lives, instilling in Cameron a deep understanding that real estate is about much more than transactions – it’s about providing stability, care, and guidance.

Cameron attended the Louisiana State University Honors College, where she majored in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. After graduation, she began her career as a Customer Experience & Sales Manager in property management. This role emphasized the importance of client care, effective communication, and teamwork. After moving to Los Angeles, she then advanced to the role of Area Marketing and Leasing Manager, where she
honed her skills in market analysis, strategic planning, and client relations within the property management sector.

Her journey continued as the Director of Operations at a startup, where she played a crucial role in building systems and operations from the ground up, fostering a cohesive team, and nurturing a fledgling idea into reality.

Now, as the Director of Operations at The Tiffany Chin Group, Cameron leverages her diverse background to excel in real estate and client service. She approaches her work with a focus on professionalism, care, and clear communication, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her: playing recreational sports or spending time her dog (which she claims has the title of “Cutest Dog in the World”), Honey

Her guilty pleasure: eating a charcuterie board and binge-watching old episodes of Dance Moms

Reid Allen

Marketing Manager

Reid holds a doctoral degree in education from the Far Eastern University and today applies his research chops to deeply understand our market and clients.

With extensive multi-channel marketing knowledge and passion for all things communication, we consider Reid our home hype person: dedicated to communicating the assets of our clients’ homes to maximize buyer interest and, ultimately, selling price.

When he’s not working, you’ll find him: watching Netflix and vlogs, and singing at the top of his lungs.

His guilty pleasure: snacking on the job and cooking (or ordering takeout when he just can’t resist).

His clients describe him as: patient, resourceful, and a positive self-starter.
