We set out to buy our first home during the height or the pandemic while I was pregnant with our first baby – a situation that could have been highly stressful ended up being the most fun we had in 2020!

Their additional suggestions for narrowing our search area were extremely helpful and allowed us zero in on our desired area. The communication was flawless with the entire team, we never waited for responses whether it was a text, email or phone call –and as first time Home Buyers, we had a lot of questions! Any question or concern was always greeted with smart, concise, accurate answers and even additional information we hadn’t thought to ask. It was so much fun to meet Rachel for showings on evenings or weekends and her thoughtful planning and flexibility always made for a very efficient use of an afternoon so we could see a few homes back to back. She asked such great questions to the sellers realtors every visit and we felt like she truly understood exactly what we wanted and advocated on our behalf. After we met, it felt like we were old friends and it was so reassuring to trust her guidance and a real joy to be in her company.
Once we made an offer that was accepted, the entire team was diligent about moving us through the process and we were in great hands until the very end.
