I met Tiffany years ago when we both studied at UCLA. It was only a few months ago when we reconnected at a friends birthday party. I decided to list my condo for sell with Tiffany because of my personal experiences working with her on a project in class and from all the great things I’ve heard from a mutual friend. I’m glad I did because my condo sold above listing.
Tiffany and Heather (her assistant) are both very professional and knowledgeable in the field. Whenever I had a question or needed to reach them, they were easily accessible- text, call, email. Before listing, Tiffany and Heather both met with me to discuss my options and their suggestions to increase the property value. I ended up going along with most of their suggestions. They made it even easier for me because they already had a contractor in mind. The photographer they used for the listing was also very high quality.
For the Open house and listing, they created a website, door leaflets, flyers, and provided food/drinks. I loved that I didn’t have to worry about anything the entire process. They gave me updates every step of the way and kept me involved.
It’s obvious Tiffany and Heather are pros at what they do. They are both passionate at what they do and I think it’s the reason why they are easy to work with. I have no reservations about recommending Tiffany and will continue to use them in the future.
