Tiffany and her team were fantastic in helping sell my apartment. From the beginning, it was clear that the team knew exactly what they were doing to make sure I was set up for success. They connected me with all the right people (contractors, cleaners, stagers, etc.), made sure that the quotes were reasonable, and found alternatives when things were more expensive than they/I thought. What was most helpful was that they coordinated with everyone and took it upon themselves to let them in/out of the apartment so that 1. we could get everything done ASAP and 2. I didn’t have to worry about going to my apartment at random times of the day. It was a huge weight off of my shoulders particularly since this was all done during covid where I was wary about being out and about too much.
The team was also incredibly helpful during the escrow process, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the many, many contracts that’s typically involved in this process. Couldn’t have sold my apartment so quickly and at a price I was happy with during such an odd time in this world without this team!
